Insurance and Cost, Explained Before You Start

SPRAVATO® and TMS are covered by most major commercial plans and TRICARE when their criteria are met; ketamine therapy is off-label and self-pay. We verify your benefits, submit prior authorization, and give you a written cost estimate before any treatment begins.

Covered treatments

SPRAVATO® and TMS require prior authorization, which usually depends on a major depressive disorder diagnosis, documented prior antidepressant trials, and a current symptom score. We collect and submit this for you.

Self-pay treatments

Ketamine therapy is priced per session and per course; ask for the current rate sheet at your consultation.

Evaluations

Psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits are billed to insurance where accepted, with self-pay rates available.
